Gracing the Hallowed Sod of St Tiernach’s Park, Clones - Ulster Final Day, 2025
The pride, congratulations and best wishes of our students, staff and wider school community, travelled with our delightful Primary Seven student - Davin Quaile - in recent days.
Representing St Mary’s, his family, Club, parish and county, Davin graced St Tiernach’s Park, Clones on Saturday, 10th May on Ulster Football Final Day, as Donegal once again played Armagh for the 2025 Ulster Senior Football Championship and The Anglo-Celt Cup (with Donegal prevailing yet again, at the end of an epic game!)
Following his participation in recent Gaelic trials held by Cumann na mBunscol Fhear Manach, Davin was one of only four boys from Co. Fermanagh selected to play in the exhibition game on the famed Clones sod. On this great day, Davin was delighted to proudly wear an Ulster GAA jersey. Designed by O’Neill’s and centred on the traditional provincial colours of amber and black, the jersey bears the Ulster crest and features all nine Ulster county names on the sleeve. Undoubtedly, this distinctive and unique jersey, which was a gift to Davin and his peers from Ulster GAA, will hold particular significance for him, in the time ahead. Sincere thanks and appreciation are extended to Ulster GAA, Cumann na mBunscol Uladh and to Cumann na mBunscol Fhear Manach.
Many congratulations and best wishes to Davin and your lovely family!
May Ulster Final Day 2025 always hold special memories for you...
