Little Healthy Me

P1-4 had their final session of the Little Healthy Me Programme, run by Michael from Action Mental Health. The children talked about what makes them unique. They discussed the word, qualities, before writing down and sharing the many qualities of their friends. In the final part of the lesson the children discussed what adult person at school and home can help us when we are feeling worried, scared or angry. Thank you to Michael from Action Mental Health for facilitating such a worthwhile programme.
