St Mary's Fermanagh Feis Winners

Comhghairdeachas to our prize winners in this year's Fermanagh Feis competitions, that were held in March.

Fermanagh Feis is an Arts and Culture festival, that has been providing a range of Irish, cultural and modern competitive events, for the local community for the past 80 years. These events take place annually, each Spring, in Enniskillen. Hundreds of young people take part each year and as part of its drive to encourage the holistic development of all its children, St Mary's encourage as many of our pupils to participate, to showcase their creative abilities, as well as promoting public speaking, confidence and raising self-esteem. 

This year, we invited our pupils to partake in art and poetry. Well done to our youngsters pictured, who won Highly Commended or placed in the top 3 of their section. May we also take this opportunity, to thank all the participants for their wonderful efforts and indeed to their parents, for enabling them to take part. A special mention goes to the Feis organisers who work on a volunteer basis, in administering and running the competition each year, to keep the arts alive amongst the school children of County Fermanagh.
