St Mary’s Teemore Eco Club Report 2023

St Mary’s Teemore, has a wonderful outdoor garden area, which acts as a brilliant space for growing crops and plants, as well as being a wonderful place to undertake a variety of learning activities. As it is Springtime, the Eco club decided to give the garden a much needed tidy up. The club is comprised of students from Primary 4-7 and it is a wonderful way for our children to appreciate the growing of plants, as well as the hard work that is needed to keep a garden in check. It must be said however, that they all thoroughly enjoyed the weeding, so perhaps they can provide some assistance to you all in your own gardens at home. I have attached some before and after pictures, which will show just exactly how a little bit of hard work can have a transformative effect.
