Children from Primary 5 and up, travelled to Necarne, Irvinestown on Friday 6th February, to participate in the third round of cross country qualifiers of the NI athletics championships.
It was a cold, mucky and windy day. However, the resilience and determination displayed by our runners was a joy to behold. Many thanks for all their efforts and smiles, despite the weather not being in their favour.
We hope it has started a love for running and all things athletic. We look forward to participating in future events over the school year.
